Step 1: Meet and Greet / Consultation
Meet with Eduarda to learn more about her training style and fitness programs, and to discuss your health and fitness goals. This is a free, no-obligation consultation.
Step 2: FREE Fitness Assessment
Once you have committed to your fitness goals, Eduarda will provide you with a free fitness assessment. This will help her to identify your current level of muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, body composition and flexibility.
With all of this information, Eduarda can design a program that will be safe and effective for you. It will also help her ensure that you continue to move toward your health and fitness goals by allowing her to track your progress.
Step 3: Select your training program
Eduarda’s Fitness has a wide variety of training options available. Eduarda will help you select the perfect one to suit your budget and personal circumstances.
Option 1) One on One Personal Training
One on one personal training is the fastest way to achieve your health and fitness goals because you receive 100% of the focus, motivation and ongoing support of a personal trainer. Working one on one allows Eduarda to work closely with you on an individualized program that will target your unique needs.

Option 2: Couples/Friends Personal Training
Getting fit with your spouse/partner/friend is a great relationship experience and is a way for the two of you to get healthy together. Those who start a fitness program with a partner/friend also have higher chances of sticking with the program.
Option 3: Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness training is a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals. Option 4: Tabata Express Program: A kick-starter to a healthier you!
The Tabata Express Program is a 6-week program with periodic fitness goal assessments. Eduarda provides clients with nutritional suggestions, in addition to the high-intensity, 30-minute training classes. This program incorporates bi-weekly weigh-ins to monitor client progress in terms of body weight, body fat percentage, visceral fat percentage, BMI and skeletal-muscular mass.
Clients also have the option to subscribe to the Tabata Bootcamp website.
